The compose-bom in #28 passed CI locally, but it fails to build any app because the UI dependencies now require
android-sdk-compile37, which we cannot bump due to Robolectric not supporting it: skiptools/skip-unit#23Once we can merge and release skiptools/skip-unit#23, when we can try to bump to 2026.08.00+.
